Protecting your personal data is a priority for interfaces énergies. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit www.interfaces-energies.com.
The data controller is: interfaces énergies Sàrl For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights: travaux@interfaces-energies.com
We collect only the data needed to deliver our services (OIBT inspection and photovoltaics): • Contact forms: surname, first name, e-mail address, phone number, address of the property concerned. • Simulator: the address of the property, the characteristics of the roof, your declared electricity consumption and the calculated result of the estimate. • Audience measurement: the steps taken in the simulator, linked to a technical identifier that disappears when you close your tab. This measurement contains neither an address nor contact details. • Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps, for security and proper operation, connection logs containing in particular the IP address. We use NO third-party analytics tool and no advertising cookies.
Your data is used exclusively to: • Prepare the estimate you request and send you the document. • Respond to your requests for quotes or information. • Plan technical interventions (inspections or installations). • Handle administrative follow-up and invoicing. • Improve the user experience on our website.
Your data is never sold. It is hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt (Germany), with our processor Supabase; the site itself is delivered by Vercel. It is passed on only to the partners strictly necessary to carry out your project (e.g. certification bodies, energy distributors) or if the law requires it. When you enter an address, it is sent to the official address service of the country concerned in order to be located: swisstopo (Swiss Confederation) for Switzerland, the Base Adresse Nationale (French Republic) for France.
A prospect's data is kept for two years from the last contact, then deleted. Documents relating to an invoiced service are kept for as long as accounting obligations require.
Exchanges with the site are encrypted end to end (TLS / HTTPS). Access to prospect data is restricted to authorised staff, after individual authentication.
Under the revised FADP and the GDPR, you have the following rights: • Access: to know what data we hold about you. • Rectification: to ask for inaccurate data to be corrected. • Erasure: to ask for your data to be deleted (subject to legal retention obligations, such as invoicing). • Objection: to refuse the use of your data for marketing purposes. To exercise these rights, simply contact us by e-mail. You may also refer the matter to the competent authority: the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, the CNIL in France.
The public site sets no advertising cookies and embeds no third-party trackers. It keeps, in your browser and for the duration of your visit only, a technical identifier that links the steps of your simulation together. It is not attached to any person and disappears when you close the tab. Cookies are used only for the professional area reserved for our teams, in order to keep the session open.
